Shipping Policies, Terms, and Conditions 
📦Shipping Methods And Delivery time frame
Please note we utilize various shipping methods to ensure efficient and timely delivery of our products.  

All deliveries can vary on the product stock availability and external factors. Check the specific product listing for accurate shipping times.
✈️ Shipping Time
Products will be shipped from our overseas warehouses and are handled by DHL, FedEx, UBI, YUN Express and UPS. Typically arrive within 6-9 Business days.
Bulky items are shipped by sea and can take between 4 to 5 weeks.
📆 Processing and Dispatch
Orders are processed and shipped from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
Please allow 24-48 hours for order processing, excluding weekends and public holidays.
💳 Payment and Wholesale Fees
Products are shipped after the payment is made or approved.
In case of a Bank deposit or transfer, we will wait till the money gets deposited into our account.
Wholesale buyers are responsible for shipping fees.
🚚 Shipping Accountability
We cannot control shipping once products leave our warehouse, and we are not liable for any delays that may occur.
Refunds are issued only after the customer receives and returns the products, in case of a change of mind following a delayed delivery.
🛃 Duty/Customs Charges and Customs Delays
Customers are responsible for any duty/customs charges, and we are not accountable for customs delays.
📬 Multiple Products
If multiple products are ordered from different niches, they may arrive separately and at different times.
We will provide individual tracking numbers for each product in such cases.
📮 Delivery Confirmation and Lost Shipments
Our shipping includes delivery confirmation with a tracking number.
Once delivery confirmation indicates that the package has been delivered to your address, we are not responsible for any lost shipments.
📦 "Signature Required" Delivery
If customers are not present for a "signature required" delivery, it is their responsibility to contact the local courier for pickup or redelivery.
Any associated costs will be the customer's responsibility.
⏳ Product Delay
Contact us if you do not receive your products within the specified time frame; otherwise, we assume you have received your product.
💸 Buyer Responsibility
Buyers are responsible for shipping costs in case of wrong orders, change of mind, incorrect delivery address, etc.
🔄 Policy Changes
We reserve the right to change our policies to improve our business and customer satisfaction.
